Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Access

MyVouches provides digital subscription access. Refunds are reviewed case by case because access is delivered digitally after payment.

Refund Requests

You may request a refund if the service was not delivered, a technical issue prevents use of the paid features, or an incorrect charge occurred. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be declined for completed subscription periods, misuse, policy violations, or cases where the paid features were delivered and used as intended.

Cancellations

You can stop using the service at any time. If recurring billing is enabled in the future, cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically refund previous paid periods.
